Chamex 70 GSM vs 80 GSM: which should you order?

70 GSM Chamex (₱525 per box of A4, ≈ US$8.27) is lighter and more economical. Choose it for single-sided, high-volume work such as worksheets, forms and internal copies. 80 GSM Chamex (₱625 per box of A4, ≈ US$9.85) is thicker and more opaque. Choose it for double-sided printing, client documents and long-term records.

Printer and copier compatibility

Chamex is a multipurpose office sheet for laser printers, copiers and inkjet printers designed for standard 70–90 GSM plain paper. For laser printers and high-speed copiers, keep reams sealed until use to prevent humidity curl. For inkjet colour printing, 80 GSM reduces show-through and waviness. If you are switching brands for a large fleet contract, test a standard lot on your busiest machines first.

Storage and handling in Philippine humidity

Bond paper absorbs moisture. Store Chamex boxes on pallets, off the floor, away from walls and air-conditioning drips. Keep reams wrapped until loading, and let deliveries acclimatise for about 24 hours before opening. This prevents curling and paper jams.

Chamex is on our premium price list: 70 GSM is ₱515 (Short), ₱535 (Long), ₱525 (A4) and ₱740 (A3) per box, and 80 GSM is ₱615, ₱635, ₱625 and ₱840. That is about US$9.85 for 80 GSM A4. Confirm current prices before payment.

What sizes and GSM of Chamex can I order?

Short, Long, A4 and A3, in 70 GSM and 80 GSM, subject to stock. Availability for each size is confirmed in your quotation.

Can I order assorted sizes of Chamex?

Yes. Tick each size on the quotation form and enter the boxes for each. The 100-box minimum applies to the total, and you can also mix Chamex with other brands.

Are there bulk discounts on Chamex?

Yes. Free Philippine delivery from 150 boxes, 5% off from 250 boxes and 10% off from 1,000 boxes.

Do you export Chamex?

Yes. We quote Chamex for international buyers, with prices in PHP and approximate USD equivalents. Orders of 1,600 boxes and above qualify for free international delivery, subject to terms.
