Import requirements
The importer clears goods through the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Import duty and sales tax may apply depending on the product classification. Confirm the treatment for paper products with your forwarder or customs agent.
How export orders work
- Send an international enquiry with brand, size, GSM, quantity, destination port and shipping requirements.
- Receive a formal export quotation stating product, price basis, currency, shipping arrangement, documents and the scope of any free freight.
- Confirm the order and invoice. Payment terms are set out in the quotation.
- Shipment and clearance. Goods are shipped as agreed. Your customs broker handles import clearance, duties and taxes at destination unless agreed otherwise.

Orders of 1,600 boxes and above qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and applicable import requirements. Eligibility and the exact scope of free freight are confirmed in the formal quotation.

Our official wholesale prices are in Philippine pesos, shown with approximate US dollar equivalents at ₱63.47 = US$1 (3 Nov 2026). Bulk discounts: 5% off from 250 boxes and 10% off from 1,000 boxes. Export prices, currency and price basis are confirmed in each quotation.
