What is your minimum wholesale order?
Our minimum wholesale order is 100 boxes. You can combine brands, sizes and GSMs to reach it.
How much is wholesale bond paper per box?
For Smartist, Hard Copy, Double A, Cactus and PaperOne, 70 GSM ranges from ₱510 (Short) to ₱730 (A3) and 80 GSM from ₱605 to ₱830 per box. See the wholesale price list. Confirm current prices before payment.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. A fixed delivery/service charge of ₱2,000 applies to Philippine deliveries, and orders of 150 boxes or more qualify for free delivery.
Do you export bond paper?
Yes. We accept international bulk enquiries from any country. Orders of 1,600 boxes or more qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and import requirements, as stated in the formal quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Delivery orders: 50% deposit upon issuance and confirmation of the invoice, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery. Warehouse pick-up orders of 250 boxes or more: full cash payment upon pick-up.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes. Pick-up can be arranged at 19 D. Silang St. cor. P. Burgos St., Poblacion, Batangas City, by appointment.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Send a quotation request through our wholesale enquiry form, by WhatsApp or by email. We confirm availability, price, delivery and payment terms in a formal quotation and invoice.

How much is delivery in the Philippines?
A fixed delivery/service charge of ₱2,000 applies. Orders of 150 boxes and above qualify for free delivery under our Philippine delivery policy.
What payment do you require for delivery orders?

What are the terms for warehouse pick-up?
For pick-up orders of 250 boxes or more, full cash payment is made upon pick-up. Pick-up is by appointment at our Batangas City address.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our published wholesale prices already apply from 100 boxes, with free delivery from 150 boxes locally and free international delivery from 1,600 boxes, subject to terms. Very large or recurring volumes can be discussed in a quotation.
How does international delivery work?
Orders of 1,600 boxes or more qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and applicable import requirements. The exact scope of free freight, such as the delivery point and which charges are excluded, is confirmed in the formal quotation. Import duties, taxes and clearance are normally the buyer's responsibility.
Can you prepare export documents?
Standard commercial documents such as the invoice and packing list are provided. Tell us any other documents your customs broker requires, and we will confirm in the quotation.

Are you an authorised distributor of these brands?
We do not claim manufacturer authorisation. Brands are listed to identify the products available through our supply channels.
What sizes are Short and Long bond paper?
Short is 8.5 × 11 inches (Letter). Long is 8.5 × 13 inches.
