Shipping and Delivery Policy

Philippine delivery

• Minimum wholesale order: 100 boxes.
• Fixed delivery/service charge: ₱2,000 per order.
• Wholesale freight incentive: orders of 150 boxes and above qualify for FREE delivery under this policy.
• Luzon deliveries are by truck. Visayas and Mindanao deliveries involve inter-island sea freight and a local delivery leg. Delivery dates are confirmed in your quotation.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive and count the goods, and advise us of any building, gate-pass or loading restrictions in advance.

Warehouse pick-up

Pick-up from 19 D. Silang St. cor. P. Burgos St., Poblacion, Batangas City is by appointment. Pick-up orders of 250 boxes or more require full cash payment upon pick-up.

International delivery

• Orders of 1,600 boxes and above qualify for FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangements, customs, duties, taxes and applicable import requirements.
• International delivery eligibility and the exact scope of free freight, including the delivery point and excluded charges, are confirmed in the formal quotation.
• Unless stated otherwise in the quotation, import clearance, duties, taxes, destination port charges and onward delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
• SAMJUVEN does not claim offices, warehouses or fixed shipping routes outside the Philippines. Each export shipment is arranged individually.

Risk and claims

Report shortages or visible damage in writing on the day of delivery, with photographs and your reference number.
