How export orders work

- Confirm the order and invoice. Payment terms are set out in the quotation.
- Shipment and clearance. Goods are shipped as agreed. Your customs broker handles import clearance, duties and taxes at destination unless agreed otherwise.

Orders of 1,600 boxes and above qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and applicable import requirements. Eligibility and the exact scope of free freight are confirmed in the formal quotation.
