How to Request a Wholesale Bond Paper Quotation for 100, 500 or 1,600 Boxes

A complete quotation request gets you an accurate offer faster. Here is what to include at three common order sizes.

What every request should include

• Brand (or "recommend"), size and GSM
• Quantity in boxes, per line
• Delivery address or pick-up preference
• Required delivery date
• For export orders: country, port of destination and shipping requirements

100 boxes: the minimum wholesale order

Example using the standard 80 GSM A4 rate at the time of writing (₱620 per box): 100 × ₱620 = ₱62,000 product value, plus the fixed ₱2,000 Philippine delivery charge. On the premium list (₱625 per box), the same order is ₱62,500.

150+ boxes: free Philippine delivery

From 150 boxes, delivery is free under our Philippine policy. For many buyers, moving from 100 to 150 boxes is the most cost-effective step.

500 boxes: institutional and reseller orders

At 500 boxes, which is typical for a large school, LGU or reseller, plan storage space and consider staggered deliveries. Ask about these in your request. At standard 80 GSM A4 pricing, the product value would be ₱310,000 at the rate above.

1,600+ boxes: international and container orders

Orders of 1,600 boxes or more qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and import requirements. The quotation states exactly what the free freight covers. As a rough guide, if each box holds five reams of A4 80 GSM, 1,600 boxes weigh roughly 20 tonnes. Your quotation confirms packaging and loading.

Payment steps

Delivery orders: 50% deposit upon invoice issuance and confirmation, balance on delivery. Warehouse pick-up of 250 boxes or more: full cash payment at pick-up.

Discount bands and your order size

A 500-box order sits in the 5% band, and a 1,600-box export order sits in the 10% band, with free international delivery subject to terms.

Filling in the quotation form

1. Choose a brand (or "mixed brands") and the GSM.
2. Tick each paper size and enter the boxes for each. The total is calculated for you.
3. Add the delivery method and address, or the port of destination for export.
4. Submit. You'll receive a reference number by email.

Example assorted quotation requests

• Office, 160 boxes: 100 A4 80 GSM + 60 Short 70 GSM, which gets free delivery.
• School, 300 boxes: 180 Short 70 GSM + 80 Long 70 GSM + 40 A4 80 GSM, which gets free delivery and 5% off.
• Importer, 1,600 boxes: 1,200 A4 80 GSM + 400 A4 70 GSM, mixed brands, which gets 10% off and free international delivery, subject to terms.

What happens after you submit

1. You receive an email with your reference number.
2. We confirm availability, prices, discount, delivery and payment terms in a formal quotation.
3. You confirm, and we issue the invoice. Delivery orders pay a 50% deposit.
