How export orders work

- Receive a formal export quotation stating product, price basis, currency, shipping arrangement, documents and the scope of any free freight.
- Confirm the order and invoice. Payment terms are set out in the quotation.
- Shipment and clearance. Goods are shipped as agreed. Your customs broker handles import clearance, duties and taxes at destination unless agreed otherwise.
Orders of 1,600 boxes and above qualify for free international delivery, subject to the confirmed destination, shipping arrangement, customs, duties, taxes and import requirements, as confirmed in the formal quotation.
